Here’s some more information to review. If you have any questions, feel free to call anytime, or plan to ask when you come to the picnic. You can be sure someone else will have the same question too, and they’ll be grateful you brought it up! In order to be confirmed, you will need to:

• Attend Sunday School (attendance is reported)
• Attend Worship and fill out a worship summary (attendance is reported)
• Attend at least five of the six Sunday afternoon workshops with your parent(s)/guardian(s). (attendance is reported)
• Join our field trips (attendance is reported)
• Read the gospel of Luke and the book of Acts.
• Complete the “Claiming the Name Youth/Parent Workbook”
• Complete the “Claiming the Name Student Handbook” as assigned.
• Participate in a service project (attendance is reported)
• Attend a Church business meeting and write a summary paragraph to be turned in. Must include name and date of the meeting.
• Participate in Worship as an Acolyte/Crucifer (service is reported)

If you find you are having difficulty completing any of the requirements above, please talk to Ms. Christy or Pastor Dave. The reason we have established these requirements is not to exclude anyone, but to be sure that everyone has the experience and information that they need to be effective disciples and informed church members.
